A New Home for Christmas

Our lease is just about up and it is time to decide what we are going to do. We have looked at several different houses and have been wanting to buy. The problem is that with the market the way it is I am not sure that I want to risk buying right now. Currently luxury homes in our area are down big time right now and although it means I can buy low, I have no guarantee that they will rise before I want to sell. That is just not a risk I want to take. Although they do say the with great risk comes great reward.
