Get Your Education Before You Get Started

February 18th, 2008 by tad

There are lots of things that will help you in the world of business. There are tons of things that you can do to advertise your business to grow it. There are things you can do to expand your network of associates or people to help get new clients. The point is that in the world of business there are plenty of things you can do to help your business succeed. There is one however that most people won’t talk about as some feel there is no relevance. The truth is there is a huge relevance, as there is a strong tie between business and education. There are some that say all you need is street smarts to go out in the world and make money and that is true to a point. That however will only take you so far and the lack of an education can really effect future business relationships.

That is why I recommend completing your education and getting a degree. Even if you were fresh out of high school and started a great business like I did. There is still a lot to be said for education. That is why I went back later and got my online mba. It was not that hard to get and they worked around my schedule to get it done. No matter who you are and how successful your business is at some point education is going to be an issue. Whether it is about an investor who wants your background information for a possible business expansion or venture or a client who only works with the best. Go online or go to night school if you prefer but always continue your education.

Bush Supports McCain

February 18th, 2008 by tad

I just heard that President Bush is supporting Senator McCain in his run for the republican seat. When I first heard this I thought that this may actually hurt McCain’s chances as the President’s approval ratings are at an all time low. Then I realized that it was former President George Bush Sr. that was supporting McCain in his run. This changes everything. This can actually help his chances greatly as George Bush Sr. is highly respected by most people. I am not sure if is enough to secure his win over the democratic candidate but it can’t hurt.

February 13th, 2008 by tad

There are tons of different web options out there to choose from. The choice is not always simple and can really effect your website success or failure, the key is finding the best hosting you can for a decent price. For instance if you run a blog you may want to look into companies that specialize in blog hosting. Top Hosting Center is one of those companies and they are actually running a special this month where for only $95 you get web hosting and one free domain for life. No hidden costs, no recurring fees. Now that is a good deal. Why pay all those high fees with other companies every year when a one time fee with them will keep your website setup for life. Check them out, cause that id just a good deal.

A Little Economy Boost

February 13th, 2008 by tad

The month of January had a very unexpected rise in the economy. The 0.3 percent increase was led by spending on autos, clothes and gasoline, the Commerce Department said today in Washington. The figure followed a 0.4 percent decrease the previous month. Purchases excluding automobiles and gasoline were unchanged from December. I am not sure if that is enough to keep things going good but it is definitely some good news for now. It at the very least shows that although we are headed towards recession we are not there yet.

Roaming the British Countryside

February 7th, 2008 by tad

When I was over in England I had a great time. I think a lot of it is due to the fact that I didn’t just spend all my time in the main tourist attractions in the city though. I actually went out and had some fun. A friend of mine and I rented a van, hooked up some van insurance and hit the open road. It gave us a chance to get out there and see the real country not just the stuff that most people always stick to. We saw castles and countryside like I had never seen before and that is what makes a trip fun. Just remember anytime you are out, especially in a foreign country, play it safe. Make sure you have plenty of insurance to cover anything that could go wrong. That will make your vacation carefree instead of spending your time worrying about what might happen.
