Getting a Foot in New York

March 29th, 2008 by tad

I have been in the real estate business for some time and I really like it. Truth be told, I love it. Even when the market is slow as it has been lately I don’t care, I still love it. There is just something about the power in buying and selling property, the control of the whole thing that really gets me going. I have properties all over the place at this point and I am always looking to expand. I really want to see about getting my foot in New York but it has been tough. The hard part is trying to find a reputable New York real estate broker who I can work with and trust to take care of my properties for me. I will find one soon though and get in New York.

Bill Consolidation Problems

March 28th, 2008 by tad

Have you ever felt like you are stuck in what I like to call the circle of debt. I have been there several times in my life and it is no fun at all. Here is how it works. You begin by getting yourself up to your ears in debt. You make out every credit card thereby lowering your credit scores even though you have perfect credit history. You then figure the best possible thing you can do is to look into some sort of debt and bill consolidation service. You contact several companies only to find out that you are in the circle of debt. The best way out of having a bunch of credit card and bill debt is to get one consolidation loan and pay off all of your stuff with it. That way you only have one low monthly payment.

The problem is that most of these companies will not give you any additional credit because you are so extended. So the only way to qualify for one of these loans is to raise your credit scores by paying off some of your debt. It is a complete circle that is hard to get out of. I did however find some very helpful advice at Debt Help. They offer information and services about debt consolidation, loans, bankruptcy and other financial services that you may find useful.

Savings off the Bottom Line

March 28th, 2008 by tad

I have a company that uses a lot of plastic containers for packaging. The thing is that this stuff is very costly and it is effecting my profits. So I have been looking into a couple of options that will help reduce my bottom line and came across Scrap HDPE. It is a high density polyethylene that can actually be recycled and save me a bunch of money. This scrap plastic is often used melted down, recycled and used again. From what I hear, by using this scrap hdpe it can save me a fortune every year and that is what I am all about. Yes, yes, recycle and protect the environment and all that. I really care more about my bottom line though to be honest.

No matter what it is that you prefer to invest your money in, you should always have more than one investment. You never know if something could go wrong and it drastically effect your particular investment. That is why having a diversified portfolio is so important, no matter what happens, you do not have all of your eggs in one basket. So invest small amounts in multiple things, rather than a large amount all in one thing. Look into forex trading and real estate and stock options. By spreading your investments into multiple things, it help to secure one bad investment doesn’t cost you everything.

Finding the Right Office Space

March 26th, 2008 by tad

When setting up new business there are a lot of factors that have to be worked out. One of those factors is where that new business is going to go. Where do you set the office up that makes the most sense for the type of business that you are doing? Well, I wanted to open a new office in Texas last month and I had to find myself a good place and not knowing the area didn’t help much at all. So I did a search on Austin Office Space and came across a company called BusinesSuites. They are a company that offers modern executive suites and fully-furnished offices with flexible terms on a smart “pay-per-use” basis. A company like that is perfect for what I needed and may be just what you need as well.
