Looking to Buy

My wife and I have been looking into buying a new house recently and we think we found one that we like. We have really been waiting for some time for the real estate market to hit rock bottom as the last thing that we want to do is to buy in a market that is still on the way down. If we do that then we will end up walking into the house with negative equity and that is never good. Especially when you are like us and want to go in low and pull out the extra equity to pay off some of our credit cards and maybe even do a little bit of remodeling before we move in. We’ll see what happens maybe we will hold out for a couple of more months.
