Still Looking for Properties

I am always looking for new properties to invest in so if you have any ideas where the market is really booming please let me know. I am really not that picky as long as the general market in that area has kept a nice incline over the last 3-5 years. I have already found a couple of key locations that meet my criteria and I am just deciding which ones to buy in this year. I found some nice Phoenix real estate and some Denver real estate but I have not made up my mind yet. Maybe I stretch out and do both this year.

Tad, as a Denver Real Estate Broker for over 17 years, I’m convinced Denver is one of the BEST values in the country right now. Inventory is shrinking, and prices are rising in many areas. There is alot of “low hanging fruit” right now.
