Rental in Philly

Alright, so I have this rental unit that I have been working on up in the Philadelphia area. Actually it was a home that I bought to resell but with the market the way it is right now I found it more beneficial to actually rent it out until the market turns around. The thing is that although right now I don’t have anyone living in it the monthly electrical bills are still high. I mean I only have a couple of lights on there to try and make it look like it is not vacant but the rates are still outrageous. I am thinking something must be wrong. I think it is time to find myself a Philadelphia electrician who can take a look and see exactly what is going on.
