As an investor I am always trying to keep up with the latest company news and information. I have found that when you have stock in any company you should always be sure to constantly be on top of whatever is going on in the corporation as it only takes one minor almost unimportant announcement to drastically effect the price of your stock in that company which could then result in the loss of thousands or hundreds of thousands of dollars depending on your total stock shares. I know it sounds trivial but I am pretty sure that if I would have been at home a few years back instead of on vacation when the whole Enron announcement came out I could have pulled out early for a small loss instead of coming home two weeks later to a tragic loss.

That is why since that time I have always keep close tabs on every company I have so much as a single penny in. The problem is that when you are dealing in multiple companies that can get very tiresome especially when searching through all the top news websites for anything relevant. That is why I have started looking through business news blogs that pull together all the latest company news articles from all the major news networks in one place. I found one called a Company Affair that does just that. So far I have been able to catch news about my investments early and I love it.
