I just read that Coca-Cola Company announced that it will buy a 40% stake in Honest Tea, a 10-year-old organic bottled tea. This tea company has been on the rise like crazy and even grew its sales 70% last year alone. The best part is that the contract they signed states that they have the right to buy the rest of the company after three years. That means that they will then own that company outright and be making a ridiculous amount of money in addition to the already ridiculous amount of money that they are making. The tea company considers it more of a partnership than a buyout but I am sure that Coca Cola will own them outright soon.

I have been thinking about doing some investing in the Texas area. I already have a couple of homes spread throughout the United States but I don’t have anything in the Texas area.
