Heres the thing, I don’t care who you talk to you are going to find someone who is in some sort of financial problem right now. I mean we are all in some sort of financial problem. I wasn’t actually I was doing just fine. At least I thought I was, until the whole economy just took a big plunge into nothing. I was in the real estate market and was doing fairly well for myself. All was great, big money rolling in, lots of sales every month and life was perfect. Next thing I know house sales drop and me and everyone I know are out looking for work in a world where are skills are no longer of any use.

That puts me here, a year later unemployed and in more debt than I can handle. I am forced to look for some kind, any kind of Debt relief. The thing is that real good Debt help is not that easy to find. Lots of people want to help you to Consolidate debt but not many people want to help you get completely out of it. Trust me though I am doing everything I know to do to pay the bills each month as I can, including living in nightmare heat conditions just to avoid the crazy ac bills each month. I guess I am going to have to find the right Debt consolidation company and just try and get some things worked out. At this point it is either that or bankruptcy.

Apparently Toyota has decided to take advantage of the high gas prices and is planning to produce a new hybrid-only model to the tune of 100,000 units a year. The planned hybrid will be Toyota’s second dedicated hybrid model after the popular Prius. While the Prius features a 1.5 liter gasoline engine, the new hybrid model will feature a 2 to 2.5 liter engine. It will join the ranks of other hybrid models in Toyota’s lineup including the Prius, Camry Hybrid, and the Highlander Hybrid. I am looking forward to this one, hopefully it is better looking than the prius.

The job market is pretty bad right now. I mean everything is pretty bad right now. Gas is at an all time high and only going higher. The mortgage rates are crazy and no one, and I mean no one is buying a house nowadays. It is because of this that I think right now is the perfect time to look into a possible job change for all people involved in the real estate market. I can’t tell you how many friends I have that are in that field and are currently unemployed. Personally I think the best bet would be to look into getting their MCSE training and working for a big company like Microsoft who is only expanding every year.

Shares of Wachovia closed up $3.61, or 27%, at $16.79, on volume of 238 million. Which is a really good jump but is it good enough is the question. Mayo put a price target of $30 on the stock, saying current value “does not adequately reflect the potential earnings power of Wachovia’s franchise over the long term, while still acknowledging significant near-term industry headwinds in mortgage and credit as well as heightened operational risks due to the integration.” With recent fallings in past quarters. i am not sure if this recent spike in shares is going to be enough considering the long term effects of it being far too low overall.

Their are tons and tons of ways to advertise your business. You can do all sorts of things but let’s face it, most of them are probably not going to work. Or at least they are not going to be as effective as other methods. So why not start with methods that are proven to work so you are not waisting your startup money for no return on your investment. That is why I always start a new company with a new website and then look into some search engine marketing to get that website as much across the internet as possible. Getting my name out there for all to see. It’s always worked for me so you should give it a try.
