Alright let’s just be honest right from the start. The economy is in the crapper and no matter how many times people say that it is not is not going to change it. I mean I can see here all day and say the sky isn’t blue but we all know it is cause we can see the evidence of it. Well, call it what you want but I can see the evidence of the economy being in the toilet. The lack of jobs, the high gas, the high interest rates, the rise of bankruptcies…it all adds up. With so many people on the verge of losing everything including their homes I just wanted to throw out an idea that has helped me in tough times. If you are facing bankruptcy and are on the verge of losing your home, this may help you. Sell it, sell it now. Sell it for whatever you can get for it. Don’t think about extra money cause if you lose it, you get nothing and your credit is destroyed. Sell it with an option. It is very easy to find someone who will Sell and Rent Back your house. Matter of fact I just heard that Donald Trump has agreed to do with Ed McMahon. Saving him some financial embarrassment and allowing him to still live in his home.
