Job Crisis Increase

If you are one of the millions of Americans that has been hit by the this ever growing job crisis I might have a solution. Take a minute and think about a career change. Look towards a career in a field that is ever growing, something that won’t be effected in the years to come. Personally, I feel that field is computers. IT and computer schools right now are booming with new applicants to train them for their new careers. Check it out.

Office Upgrades

Although a lot of companies are cutting back I am actually expanding my business a bit. Not too much but just enough to draw some more customers. Trying to make the office look nicer and encourage more sells. We recently installed an LCD TV in the reception area promoting our more high end products. I think it will make a big difference in customers decisions.

Lose Weight After Christmas

Sitting in my office after the holidays I realized that I am not the only one who put on a few pounds. Seems that this year me and a couple of co workers might actually have to do something about that New Year’s resolution to lose weight. I think I am going to start taking my Leptovox again and then work out more than once a month. That should help.

Great Business Gift

I have a coworker of mine with a birthday coming up and I have been stressing about what to get him. I had a couple ideas but most were more fun than business and I want to make sure I keep things on a professional level. The idea I came up with was a membership to the wine of the month. I think its perfect given the circumstance and would work for anyone in business.

Gas going back up

I just read an article that gas is headed back towards the $2 per gallon range. I could have told you that a couple weeks ago when it peaked around $1.50 and started its rise back up. I am just hoping that it won’t go too far above that. The days off $5 plus per gallon have got to be behind us all. I don’t think anyone can afford that kind of money to just drive around.
