Remodel in my Future

I have a little bit of a remodel in my future. My wife and I have decided that it is time to sell the house. The thing is that we might have let it get a little run down in all the years that we have lived here. So I have a little bit of work ahead of me to get it ready for sale. I have recently put in all new light fixtures and even new kitchen faucets to give it a nice clean look. It is really coming along and should be ready for the market soon.
