Okay everyone. There is a class reunion coming up for my wife that I totally spaced on. The thing is that I am not exactly in my prime conditioning right now and I need to drop about 15 pounds fast. Does anyone out there know about any type of quick weight loss diets that will help me out with this without completely starving myself. After all, a boy’s gotta eat right.

I ran into someone today from my past that I had not seen in many years. I have to say from the moment I laid eyes on him I just felt awful. He had been hit with some sort of really bad acne. I thought to myself there has got to be some sort of adult acne treatment out there that can help this guy out.

No matter how hard I try lately I am just having the hardest time sleeping. I could go to bed at 4am and just lay there until the sun comes and at no point will my body actually shut down and rest. I am tired though, so that doesn’t help much. I think it’s time to go and talk to my doc about some sleeping pills or something to help out.

Todays question of the day was “Dad, why are there midgets?” Which I immediately corrected and told him they were called little people. To be honest I had no idea what the answer to that one was so I just winged it and told him it had something to do with the human growth hormone. At least to the best of my knowledge that’s what causes it.
