I have way too many credit cards and I think the perfect solution would be to get a couple of more. I know that sounds odd but I currently have several low dollar amount credit cards that add up to a lot of small monthly payments. What I am thinking is that if I can go out and find a couple of new credit cards that will give me a high dollar amount I will be able to transfer all of those balances over to the new cards and then make only one or two monthly payments instead of trying to keep up with all of these little ones that are scattered around the months as far as due dates go. So I am going to start looking from some of the Best Cash Back Credit Cards that I can find and go from there.

My wife and I have found another house that we are interested in buying and are currently looking for some really cheap mortgages. I have looked at several different options of mortgages and out of all of them I definitely want to go with a fixed rate loan on this one. Typically on a house that I am going to keep for a year or two and then sell I will go with a variable rate to get a lower interest up front but with houses that I plan on keeping long term I always try to find fixed rate mortgages that give me a better long term rate. Up front it may cost a little bit more but it saves you a lot of money over the life of the loan.

I have had just way too many Mortgage Loans in my day. With the different properties that I have worked with I have probably had to deal with more mortgage loans at this point in my life than most people will ever have. I think is is due to my excessive need to Refinance that keeps raising the number. If there is a lower interest rate out there, I am the first one to jump on it. I just figure if I can get away with paying less interest than I am going to do it. That and the fact that I like to pull my equity all the time to help consolidate debts so I can buy more properties. Yeah, those are the two reasons. It is a never ending cycle. More loans to get better rates, better rates to pull more money, more money to get more houses which bring more loans. Some day I just might find my way out of it

I have been looking for a New Car Loan for some time now. It isn’t that I don’t have a good car loan it is just that I know that right now the interest rates on Car Loans are a little better then they were when I first bought this car. My credit scores were not the best at the time and I just got an okay car loan but with the way they are now I know that I can refinance and get myself a really good interest rate. So I am looking into a couple of different places that will give me the best rate right now and as soon as I find out which company to go with I will be much happier.

When times are hard as they usually are for the general population of the world you have got to have someone that you can rely on. You see everyone hits hard times in their life and could use a helping hand. The problem is that there are a lot of people that don’t have someone to turn to for financial help. Personally I know that I can always count on my family to get me through any type of financial struggles or difficulties. If I didn’t have them though I know that there are other people that can help.
I found a place today called Roberts Bridge Financial that offers all sorts of Payday Loans to help people get through hard times. They can give you a Cash Advance against your paycheck until you get paid and can pay them back, so I guess it is really more of a Salary Advance for people whose boss’ won’t offer them that sort of program. Either way they can help to loan you the money right through their website without all the fuss and troubles of having to talk to your boss about coming up a little short for rent this month. I mean, let’s face it, that can be a little embarrassing to do.
