Yesterday was my first day at my new job. I now work at a library. I never thought I would find myself working in a library. Everyone here is very polite and has helped me with every question I have asked. However, they have been messing with me and making me go out and get random materials just because I am the new guy. At one point I ran out to get some milk and black ink cartridges. Two of the most craziest things but, I have to deal with it until I am no longer the new guy. I already love my new job and it only gets better from here.

I found this new website the other day that has officially saved me for all future valentines days. I found a website that allows you to make whatever you want for that special someone. Last week my parents came out to my house to visit with us for the day and catch up. Every time my parents come over they got some crazy story to share with me. This time however was different. When they arrived they didn’t even say hello or anything, they walked in and just both had a seat on my couch. I was very confused on what was going on. So after a couple of minutes of just awkward silence, my mom finally told me what was going on. Apparently on there way over here they had a breakdown. My dad told me that they were stuck out on the road for almost an hour in the heat just sitting and waiting for help to arrive. I got upset at first cause they never bothered to call and ask for help. My father is pretty stubborn however so I ended up forgiving him. But I told him if he wasn’t going to ask for my help at least find something so next time that does not happen. I mentioned roadside assistance. They have helped me before and told them if they were ever in any trouble just use roadside assistance.Turned out to be a pretty great evening. I love my parents, and my dad actually took my help which is huge for me. I am a very happy man now.

I am in some serious trouble. I only have one more week till Christmas and I still have not found the right gift for my son. He is seven years old. I love my son with all my heart, but it is really hard to shop for him. Luckily I had a friend of mine at work suggest a duncan yoyo. He told me this is what he got his son, and his son loved it. A couple of days ago I went online to check out what was new. I was bored didn’t have anything to do so I randomly started checking out new things. One thing I found that was quite interesting were these heated mattress pads. I figured it would make a great christmas present considering we are now in winter. It has been getting very cold down here in Florida which is pretty uncommon. Normally it is in the 80s or 90s but lately its been in the 60s. So one way to keep me and whoever else warm are these heated mattress pads. I already ordered a few and can’t wait till they arrive.
