Pule Oximeter?

August 30th, 2008 by tad

I was talking to a friend of mine the other day and he was telling me that he was not feeling to well. So he went to see his doctor and they did all sorts of tests and blah blah blah something about a pulse oximeter. Not sure why I remember that term out of everything he said but I guess it is because I remember thinking what the heck is that and exactly what does it do. Anyone know out there?

Democratic Convention Continues

August 28th, 2008 by tad

Yeah this thing is still going on and after two nights of mixed results, the third night of the Democratic National Convention delivered just what Democrats were looking for: reconciliation between the Obamas and the Clintons, an historic presidential nomination.. Bill came out and delivered a great speech to honor both Obama and his wife. He seemed to put aside all problems that the two families have had and stopped all the bashing between them, at least for now. Personally I think he and Hillary are playing it as safe as possible for her to attempt to rerun in 2012.

Different Methods for Business Loans

August 28th, 2008 by tad

There are tons of different companies out there that offer small business or even big business loans. The thing is that as a company you have to decide which of these loan places is going to give you the best deal, the best rates and the best overall customer service. It is because of that reason that you can only go by certain criteria in finding a company. I have always found that word of mouth is the best source of advertising and that is why I only go with companies that I have heard are good. I mean let’s face it, there are a ton of places willing to loan you money but only a few that will do it for the right reasons and treat you like a client and not a borrower.

Now I have talked to a couple of people and read some reviews about a placed called onlinecheck.com. From what I gather they are a good company to work with and have a 90% merchant loan approval rate. If you are looking for business loans then you want a company that actually approves it clients and not just pass them off to another department.

They offer a fast business loan if you are an established company and have been in business at least a year and have a gross annual sales of at least $300,000. So you can avoid all the added paperwork that a standard loan would cause you to do and focus on getting your money fast and starting to spend it. Not only do they offer some of the easiest loans in the business but they also offer alternative funding methods like business cash advances and they will even do some invoice factoring to help find you some money that most companies wouldn’t loan you. So if you are looking for money check them out, they may have the perfect loan program tailored to fit your companies needs.

Is Fannie Mae in Trouble?

August 27th, 2008 by tad

I just got word that Fannie Mae Chief Executive Officer Daniel Mudd replaced three top managers at the mortgage-finance provider as the company struggles to convince investors it has enough capital to weather the housing slump. I don’t know if they have the capital to make it through or not. Truth is that no one knows how long this slump is going to last. Either way it looks like they are in a bit of trouble over there.

Need Money Quick?

August 27th, 2008 by tad

We all need money at some point. I mean even if you are completely wealthy I am sure that at one point you will need to pull a loan or something to get something even you can’t afford. Point is that there are tons of ways out there to get money if you know where to look. Even if you don’t have good credit you can still find a way. I have a friend who’s credit is pretty bad and loans were out of the question so he started looking around at other options. What he found was this place that actually sends you a packet in the mail where you then drop in your old jewelry that you don’t wear anymore. You drop it in the mail and wait. They get the package melt down the gold and send you a check it is that simple. So this is simply a way to Trade your Gold for fast cash and it is a very easy way to do it too. Sounds easy enough to me. I mean I probably got some old jewelry that I don’t wear anymore laying around somewhere. Who knows, I may have a small fortune sitting in my jewelry box as we speak. If you are short on cash or could just use some extra money check into it and see what you got laying around.
Oh and don’t forget that you can go to their website and get a “Free Gold Exchange Kit” shipped to your house so you can start selling your old gold now.
